Shared responsibility
This site is built on the Lovable platform, which provides hosting, deployment and development infrastructure. Interlood is responsible for the content, the contact settings and how we communicate with fans. Lovable manages the underlying infrastructure, including server security patches and platform updates.
What data we collect
Contact form: If you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you send. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry.
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send you updates about releases, show dates and band news.
Third-party embeds: This site includes Spotify players and YouTube videos. When you interact with them, those platforms may set cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
How we protect your data
Communication between your browser and this site uses HTTPS (TLS). Contact form data is stored temporarily in our backend, protected by authentication and row-level access controls. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention and deletion
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to interloodband@gmail.com.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing interloodband@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable time.
Vulnerability reporting
If you find a security issue on this site, we'd appreciate a responsible disclosure to interloodband@gmail.com. We commit to investigating and responding to valid reports.
